Alistair brings a commercially focused and strategic approach to the financial leadership of Design Australia Group, supporting the business as it continues to grow across Australia.
With extensive experience across financial management, commercial operations and business strategy, Alistair works closely with the Directors and leadership team to strengthen financial performance, improve commercial decision-making and ensure DAG’s growth is backed by disciplined financial planning.
His role extends well beyond traditional finance. Alistair is actively involved in forecasting, business performance, operational efficiencies, investment strategy and long-term growth planning — helping ensure the company remains commercially strong while continuing to invest in its people, technology and national expansion.
Known for his calm, measured approach and ability to turn complex financial information into clear commercial direction, Alistair brings both rigour and perspective to the leadership team.
Outside the office, he enjoys staying active, travelling and making the most of the outdoors — preferably somewhere with good food, good company and no spreadsheet in sight.
